No maybe you need to challenge yourself.

Depends on your workout routine, what you do, how much you do it, etc.

Also, it really depends heavily on your diet. Are you eating properly, etc?

Yeah I eat better than most people my age. I eat a variety of foods and I work out every other day for about two hours but I do complete overload.

You can work out everyday but don't work out the same muscle's everyday. You need to give the muscle's a day to rest and rebuild. My schedule is Monday arms and Shoulders, Tuesday legs, Wednesday chest and back, Thursday arms and shoulders again, Friday it depends on how I feel I might do chest and back again or legs. Of course do at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. Saturday and Sunday I take off. I also work my abs everyday if I can fit it in I TRY to do 1000 crunches. But of course don't over do it remember lifting is about Quality not Quantity.

Along with what spitvenom said, my personal trainer suggested protein shakes. I accidentally bought one that said something about building 8lbs of muscle in 14 days when I meant to get a light protein shake- and let me tell you, it worked.

Not true at all mate.

Your muscles need to be shocked in order to grow. I would say review your training technique/posture, your training schedule, diet and sleep patterns.

Change it up, got to Discuss Bodybuilding (http://www.discussbodybuilding.com) and ask some questions.

Good luck :p

Or I could help you right here if you post your schedule?
