I think I need a Fan Control Board CNT03600?

Any ideas where I can get 1 and not get ripped off?

Watching this run now I see it comes on faster when the compressor is running then then slow down when it should be off. Any idea how much the cnt03600 board is?

Is that a variable speed unit with dip switches it might be setup to runall the time on low when system is not running. Read below.

That's the unit but in American Standard. It ran correctly until a few days ago.
The switches were not moved and I cannot turn off fan at thermostat now.
I do have the sheet similar to the link with dip settings.

Know what the 2 LED (Y&YO)do?

If this is an outside condenser fan that is giving the problem I may have an idea. This motor would be a 240 volt motor and it is possible that one leg of the 240 volts has grounded and is passing 120 volts through the motor making it turn at about half speed, some contactor only break one leg when they are off and still lets 120 volts go through the motor back to the other leg on the contactor that is open. The only way to remedy this situation is to replace the motor, But it is something that you need to confirm before you change motors.
If this turns out to be the problem please let me know.

Which fan are we talking about... the indoor (blower) fan or the condenser fan?. Letmetellu made me wonder to which you were referring.

Sounds like a stuck relay on the control board, try some local Trane or american standard dealers, or like hvac1000 said, eBay, but it's unlikely that you will find exactly what you need there. They are very simple to change, replace wire for wire, and you will have no problem.

This is one reason I dislike control boards. A few years ago a 20.00 relay would have done the trick.

Sorry all- I found the problem. The fan switch was on!

We had guests for the week and I guess someone moved the switch.

I forgot there is a 3 minute delay going into off mode!

Now I have to change the motor in the roof fan (On my third motor)
