I have an assignment to do for an anthropology course for nursing school. I cannot find this anywhere. I have to pick a culture, and make up a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for that culture (4 items for each meal). I have looked everywhere online, and I cannot find enough information to finish this assignment! It can be any culture. ANYTHING would be appreciated!

Here is a place for a good start.
breakfast, lunch, dinner in different cultures - Google Search (http://www.google.mv/search?hl=en&q=breakfast%2Clunch%2Cdinner+in+different+cultures&btnG=Search)

Good luck!

EDIT:

VeNN,

You could first choose a country, say for example Poland-then do a Google search,I came up with this.

Meals and Customs in Poland (http://www.food-links.com/countries/poland/meals-customs-poland.php)
Food and Culture Resources (http://www.food-links.com/)

If you were to choose India as a country, then you have a varied choice from the Indian muslim to Indian Hindu,Indian Buddhist.
Also each State has different preference in meals.
I am sure there are other countries with a varied cultural difference in food preference within a single nation.
Bengali cuisine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bengali_cuisine#Bengali_Meals)

Or Italy?
Italian Meals and Customs (http://www.food-links.com/countries/italy/italian-meals-customs.php)

Or Switzerland?
Swiss Food, Customs and Culture (http://www.food-links.com/countries/switzerland/switzerland.php)
