Hi, I cannot send emailsin outlook express. My POP3 account has error message 0x800CCC0F

Does it fail ALL the time or is it intermittent? I would suspect a conflict between your firewall (filters) and your Outlook Express account.

Does it do this with all the email accounts you check with OE or just one?

Try recreating your email account from the ground up, entering everything new again.
