At the top of the Real Estate Law forum there is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed.

If I saw the "sticky note" I would not be asking, however I do not see any "sticky notes" That is why I am posting my question.

And he told you to go look, but instead you preferred to give a negative response and complain.
Many questions that are asked every day are given as a sticky at the main page of each section, where you had to go to even ask the question.
But the main issues, is there a mortgage, does not mortgage company OK you adding the name. If they do it is just a matter of a quitclaim deed.
If you can not add them you give them the home in a will which will still do the same effect basically

The very first post at the top of the Real Estate Law forum says "Sticky: How to add someone to a deed". If you look again and still can't see it then you can use the link that George_1950 was kind enough to post.
