I am wondering the name of a Disney Channel movie that would have aired sometime around Halloween when the Disney Channel used to do those halloween specials that were just an hour or so of cartoon clips. I only know that because we had taped it off the TV and it was on the same tape with the Halloween Specials. The movie was about two kids who lived on opposite sides of the river. The girl lived with her aunt or grandmother and she either was a witch, or everyone thought she was a witch. The boy was basically normal but he like fell in love with her or something and would come over to see her. For some reason I thought it had one of the kids from the wonder years in it, but I imdb searched both of them and nothing rings a bell. Does anyone know what movie this might be?
