Please help. My 2003 f350 diesel will not start. New batteries, map sensor, glow plugs good. I know there is about 10 or 12 things it could be, love to have a list. I think it is the ipr valve? Please help

Very possibly it's the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) Valve, which controls the oil bypass circuit of the high pressure pump. Also, ensure water has been purged and the fuel filter has been recently changed.

There is a exhaust back pressure sensor located on the passenger side of the front cover, there is a metal tube running to the exhaust manifold, if this sensor fails (which is very common) it will short ecu battery power, disconnect sensor and see if it starts.
