Hi I am on probation for a first offense drug charge of cds by fraud. I was arrested 2 days ago for a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct for attempting to shoplift (they say). What happenswhen I go back to probation?

You need to tell the PO about your arrest. This is considered any police agency contact. If you don't tell them and they find out on their own they will be much harsher with you. It's best to tell them now. They may or may not violate your probation and may have a probation violation hearing scheduled to see what your original sentencing judge has to say.

Right - and they could revoke you or give you another chance.

Yes, what is your probation rule on notification, are you to call them right away, But should at least tell them as soon as you report in.

They can revolt your probation, or other.
