Do you want to clean all from your computer or just want to clean all the software installed on your computer..

Don't install all the available softwares on that. Install specific softwares depends upon your need. Installing unknown softwares may slowdown your system.

To remove normal software that was installed properly, use the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs option.

To remove stuff that may have been downloaded onto your computer by the internet, that's way tougher. You can go to the Control Panel's Internet Options, Programs tab, Manage Add-ons and try turning most or all the stuff off in there, and it might help.

It would be easier to advise you if you tell us what is going on, more information is better and your secrets are safe with us since, well, we don't care how you use your computer.
