I installed a water filter on my outside line due to sand clogging up all my faucets. Every since I did that I have no water pressure at all takes 25 min to run bath water then have no pressure at all in the rest of the house. Before installing the filter had no problems at all.

Does the filter have a bypass, if so try it. If there is no bypass open the canister and remove the filter to see if that makes any difference. Did you clean out all faucet valves after the filter was put in, you say they were plugging with sand. "sand clogging up all my faucets" and "Before installing the filter had no problems at all.
" You do realize that these two statements are conflicting, makes it hard to figure your issue.

The filter doesn't have a bypass and no I haven't tried taking the filter off but will do that in a few. I meant that I wasn't having issues with pressure as long as I was keeping the faucets free of the sand.

The filter does have a shut off before and after the filter so you can change the filter element. Make sure both valves are fully opened. It may make a mess but with the filter out you can open the valve before the filter, there should be a big gush of water. This would tell you the problem is further down the line.

Two things:

1. You selected wrong filter for filtrate your incoming water that serves your entire house. Filter is too dense slowing down required flow. You need to select filter that will filtrate your water and still will maintain required rate of water flow.

2. Filter may be already clogged up with sand. The dirtiest the filter is - less water flow you will have. Replace it.
