My parents were born in madeira, I would like to obtain a portuguese passport, ( EU Citizenship ) which would be the easiest way to go about this. I am born in South Africa, currently living in London on a visa.

You will need to get both your parents birth certificates (issued within the last 6 months) and you will need to make an appointment at the Portuguese Consulate in London and register with them. When you contact them ask them what other documents you need to take bring with you... But the birth certificates are most important!

I was wondering if you could help me with some information I need.
My grandmother (who was born in goa before 1961) and I are both looking to acquire portuguese nationality. I am currently studding in london and my grandmother will visit me shortly. Please do let me know if it is possible to process our application in london? If not will I have to go to lisbon? I am very confused and any help from you will be vital! Thanks a lot and sorry for the bother.

You have to submit her application at the nearest Portuguese Consulate in Goa or at the CRCs in Portugal.
It is important to know whether your father/mother descendent of your grandmother are still alive.
