What is the relation of ethics and morality? Can you explain it in a very simple way so I will not be confused with the two words. How do you distinguish morality and ethics?

Basically I think morals are more an individual value system usually from religion
Ethics is more broader social rules and rights

Opinion without research:

Morality is a code establishing right and wrong, the values, for an individual, group, or culture.

Ethics is an agreed-upon set of standards/behaviors which express, or fail to express, those values.

(Example: Honesty may be a part of a moral code. Claiming certain business expenses in filing income tax returns may be "ethical;" it expresses honesty.)

Again, this is without taking time to research, but I think it is at least within the ball park.
