Hi I'm 28 years old man.I had a sharp stabbing spasm pain in my left shoulder since 23 then this pain replace in my right shoulder 2 years ago and pain in my left shoulder change to a dull pain.my sharp pain usually start in evening and more bad in midnight.stabbing pain emerge with inhalation and position change,I shoud sleep all the night in a stick position .however pain go to hell and finish without regular time but when I do deep inhalation I feel a dull pain. In 1 years ago sometimes with or without soulder pain,spasm muscle pain in my whole back apear.I did different laboratory and physician test and they didn't detect any problem

ckeck your ECG and CHEST X RAY and get cardiology and pulmologist consultation.
you should not neglect...

try changing you sleeping position if everything is normal .
