My Totaline P474-0100 Digital Thermostat is not working it is flashing Fd message,:(

What is your question? Where to buy a new one? What FD means? How to reset it?

I don't know that's the message that appears on the screen. I tried pudhing all the buttons at the same time and it will not return to normal. Do you know how to reset it or help with the problem.
