Can the authorities (Cops) deport any immigrant while traveling to another state. Although you are the passenger and not the driver. Deport you even though you have not done anything or don't have a record of any kind?

Most police departments are not authorised to do immigration but more and more are starting to do the training and getting permission. So if the car is stopped for some reason, ticket, accident and ID's are check and the police believe there is a reason to question, and that department is allowed, they can be detained but there has to be a hearing before they can be deported.

Police will not deport you but they will have ICE taken care of this matter by putting you in ICE detaining facility during court procedures. Deportation will not be immediate. You can waive this right in court and voluntarily return to your home country if you don't want to spend months in jail, can't afford lawyer, etc.
