It is not uncommon for it to take a year to 18 months for many women to get pregnant. You may just not be timing it right. Do you understand your ovulation cycles?
When you were pregnant before, was it with this man? If not, he may need to have his sperm count checked. However, most doctors will not do any fertility testing until a year of trying has passed.

Have you talked to your ob/gyn about the miscarriages? The may or may not be an indicator of your reproductive system. How long ago did they occur? I would schedule an appointment with your doctor and let him/her know about what's going on.
It may just not be the right time for your body to be pregnant. I know someone who has had 2 children and is now pregnant with her 3rd, but she has also had 3 miscarriages. I know another woman who had her 1st child, then had a miscarriage at 6 weeks, and then carried her 2nd child to term with no issues. Unfortunately, they are much more common than they seem. I wish you guys the best!
