Basement toilet makes bubbling noises, water seeps from the seal. Is this an indication that I have resistance from the toilet bowl to the sewer line. I already had a backup and cleared the line from the sewer cap to the street. However this didn't help with my toilet bowl in the basement making this noise. Do I need to clear the trap behind the toilet wall to the sewer cap? Is there a chemical to breakup the snag?

I have a leak under my bathroom sink which comes from the stopper. Could it becoming from a mixer value if the hot and cold water is separate. I can't figure out where the leak is coming from. I tighten the hot and cold handles but I don't know how to get access under the sink fixture. I could see under the cabinet it's the fixture I don't know how to get access tooo...
