Kenmore fills,spins,drains won't agitate.. big round white thing that agitates in the tub is trying to move.. no noise.. seems to turn freely.. any ideas?

The cams (dogs) are bad. Remove the agitator and separate the agitator. Relace for about $15.00 and 30 minutes of time
