We just bought a house that had been vacant for some time and had been winterized. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, 2 up and 2 down. The main floor master bath's water pressure is fine in all areas. The main floor powder room has little to no pressure at the sink. The 2 baths upstairs have fine shower and toilet pressure, but again, little to no pressure at the sinks. Any thoughts? Thanks!

There is likely debris caught in the aerator and/or the mixing valves. Remove aerators to see if that helps and if it doesn't you need to disassemble and clean the mixing valves. Let us know if you need help with that part. Bob

More then happy to. A mixing valve is any faucet that can mix hot and cold, so Bob is referring to your faucets that aren't working. What we need from you now is the brand name of the faucets and about how old they are. If we had that information we could pull up a diagram and give you detailed instructions. Regards, Tom

They are PEERLESS... each with a separate hot and cold lever. Since our house was a foreclosure and vacant for some years, I don't know the exact age of the fixtures. If they were original to the house should be about 13 years though. Thanks... again!
