1) The school bus travelled a distance of 105 km from Twin Lakes to the Zoo in 1 hour and 15 minutes. What is the average speed of the bus? Is this a scalar or a vector quantity? Explain.

2) A cheetah can accelerate 64 km/h in a couple of strides. What is the cheetah's acceleration if it acceleration from rest to 64 km/h in 1.8 seconds?

3) A cheetah can run up to 112 km/h. If a cheetah is pacing at a speed of 10 km/h when it spot's it prety to the south and accelerates to this top speed in 4.2 seconds. How far has the cheetah travelled during that time?

4)A lion roar can be heard more than 8 km away. If the speed of sound is 340 m/s, how long will it take a person 8 km away to hear the lion?

But I have a question for you, do you think the information given in question 3 & 4 are important to solve the question, EXAMPLE:
A cheetah can run up to 112 km/h.
A lion roar can be heard more than 8 km away.
Like do we need to know these to solve it?
