Can a teenage child be kicked out of the home without a formal eviction?

Parents are responsible for minor children until 18. After thet they would have to be evicted.

Formal evictions are easy, too. Don't look for shortcuts. Do things the right way.

Noted, that a "teenager" has to be of legal age and considered a adult to be evicted. If they are under 18 then they can not be evicted.

Is this your child you are wanting to evict?

If it's a mutual thing (like they don't want to be there any more than you want them to, but they are still in school/can't be legally kicked out) and the teenager isn't of legal age yet, they could chose to be emancipated if they have a good enough reason. Then they could pretty much live as an adult. I don't know if that's an option here or not. Also, if it is your child and you feel it necessary, you can turn them over to child services, but I don't know that I'd recommend it.
