I have not heard from the landlord in two months. What to do?? I don't want to come home and my stuff is locked up.

Unfortunately when the house forecloses the new owner of the property will have all liens on all property except for yours. Pending the new ownership, he/she may just decide to continue renting to you, or may decide that they don't want to. I would start looking for a new rental if I were you! :(

When it sells the new owner can give you a notice to move that is as short as 3 days depending on the area. I would assume to be moved out by July 1st if that is the date.

You can't be locked out or put out without notice. You also have to keep paying rent or, at least, putting your rent in an escrow account. The landlord still has the ability to forestall the foreclosure.

But, once the foreclosure is finalized, you will have to move. How much time your will initiually be given depends on where you are. You don't have to move immediately, you can fight it in court to get more time.
