I had bleeding on and off to the point where I thought I was miscarrying with my first pregnancy... I was told it happens sometimes and not to worry... My son had some problems at birth (cord around neck/jaundice), but was generally a healthy almost 9 pound baby boy...

I would most definitely call the doctor before your appt if you are concerned... explain your symptoms thoroughly and see what they think about coming in before your appt to get examined...

Make sure you mention to them if they are not already familiar that you've already miscarried twice in a year's time... there could be a solution to this problem that only your doc would know if fully informed...

Good luck... and congratulations

Were your miscarriages early in the pregnancies? Did they do any sort of blood work? Sometimes they won't do any unless there have been a few miscarriages.
As RedneckMama said, it is not uncommon to have some bleeding early on, and mild cramping as well, but you certainly want to let your doctor know. With your history, they may do a check on some hormone levels, such as progesterone, to see if that is an issue to be on the safe side. If it is subsiding, odds are all is well, but the peace of mind of letting your doctor know is worth the phone call and an earlier check.

Actually my miscarriages were later on.. one was at 12 weeks and the other was suppose to be at 18weeks but it only developed to 14weeks...

Have you contacted your doctor? If not, I suggest you do so immediately. HCG will not lower that quickly if you miscarried again. With your history you do not need to sit around and wait, but get medical attention ASAP.

With your history I think you will be waiting too long by going on Thursday. You have a history of spontanious abortions (miscarriages), and Thursday could be too late.
