Hi, meenash!
Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.
We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.
Thanks!

Hi, Work opportunity tax credit is a very useful tool for any employer by IRS. IRS allows the company to authorize a WOTC agent to act on its behalf in the WOTC Certification process by using the IRS form 2848 Power-of-Attorney and Declaration of Employer Representative. I am also an employer and I am enjoying the benefits of WOTC. In this Bottom Line Profitability (http://www.bottomlineprofitability.com/index.html) helps me a lot. They work like an agent. They do all the papers work on your behalf. You won't have to worry about what needs to be submitted.
Hope it will help you and if you require any other help, let me know.
