House is 40 years old. The service panel is in the bathroom, on a exterior wall. I am selling the home and I called a home inspector and he said he would say no defects but location not desirable. If I had to move it, could the electrical contractor bundle the wires together and run them to the new location below the ceiling, then figure out how to hide them?
