Likely, you are experiencing Lateral Runout (LRO), where the disc's axis and the spindle's axis are off. This frequently comes about when discs are turned on the lathe's axis, not the spindle's. When you apply the brakes you experience pulsation. One solution is to have the discs turned on a ProCut Machine. Maximum LRO is usually .003 in. Rust on the back of the disk and on the hub can also contribute to excessive LRO.

It's best to stick with OEM pads and discs. Many problems come about from using inexpensive aftermarket brake parts.

I agree with TX completely. I use a Pro cut machine several times a week and you just can't beat it. Go with OE pads and be done with it!
