I'm not very technology saavy. Can anyone help me find "history" that has been deleted from my computer. Just looking for the past couple of weeks.

If it's been deleted you are highly UNlikely to restore it at all.
There are programs out there that claim to be able to do this, but I am yet to find one that actually does the job well.
