Hi for abour 3 years now every since I got into high school I've been thinking man I'm fat. So I lost a few pounds then I got super happy that I lost weight so I kept doing it before this started I was 7.6 stone about then I started to starve myself and now I'm 6.9 stone and like evey time I look at food I have to keep checking the label and I won't eat chocolate or buiscuits or anything now because I have this real bad fear I'm going to get fat and if I do eat something I always do like 2 hours of excercize even if its like one cookie I feel really horible after it. Ive checked on the online weight/height measure thingy and it said I was way under weight is this annerxia?

It sounds like it yes. But as I (and others on this site) have stated numerous times. We cannot diagnose a condition without being a physician. It sounds very riminicent of that condition, yes. I would suggest seeking a doctor. Have you talked to your parents about this? Or perhaps an adult that you trust a lot?

Before even attempting to answer your question, I have to ask you a few questions myself. Okay?

Firstly... how old are you?

Secondly... What kind of student are you? Are you a straight A student?

Do you consider yourself to be a perfectionist?

I'm 14

Um ye I guess I get all A's on my report cards but maybe 2 Bs and I do get a lot of level 7's

Perfectionist? What's that? If it means what I think I do like to keep eveything in its proper place and if something isn't finished to my standard I will finish it myself and I don't like people touching my stuff

I did go to doctor a few months ago for awhile because I would get really weak and I would sleep all the time but they said I was OK (but the truth is when they asked me questions about what I eat I lied E.g. when they said "what do you eat for lunch at school?" I said "a sandwich and some fruit" but the truth is I don't eat at all I give the fruit my friends and I throw the sandwich away) I know it was stupid of me to but I just couldn't stand to know what my mom would think of me. And after I went to the doctors I put a few pounds on but now I've lost it again.
