I'm just trying to find out if it is at all possible to change my kids last names from their absent fathers to mine without having to find him to get him to give up his rights. Oh and I already have sole custody of my babies!

Looks like a lot of people are having this problem. I also have sole custody of my son and I want to change his name legally to my last name. He is already using it at school and church.
