You might be dehydrated. I lost my complete appetite once and felt full or not hungry at all. By dinner time I hadn't eaten or drank anything so my parents got worrie but I told them I was fine just not hungry. They took me anyway and the doctor said I was dehydrated. Try drinking Gatorade :)
