I was hanging out with my friend and I didn't know he had marijuana on him and the cops pulled us over and found it on him and they set me a court date what will happen to me? What should I do?:confused:

If your PO finds out about the arrest and possible conviction he won't be happy. If you are convicted you definitely will be breaking your probation. You didn't say what kind (felony or misdemeanor) probation you were on and for what offense and for how long.

Sota a dual issue, not telling your PO about the arrest is a violation in to itself, so even if you are found not guility if you don't report it, they could violate you on just that.

If you were on a drug probation, then this could be an issue, at this point what you need to do. You need to hire an attorney to deal wth this.

You should know the rules of your probation, Are you not suppose to report any criminal activity. Did you receive a ticket ? ( summons to appear in court) But if you were charged with something, your best bet is to inform the PO.
