I have a 1995 honda that has no spark...
Several months ago I found out I had a short in my battery.. could have this affected something?

Thank you... I think that we had done most everything in those tests...
This car never had one single issue.. only maintenance and it ran great... and now suddenly it is freaking out on me:)
I am thinking or we are thinking I should say that it is the coil... ignition coil maybe...

I recommend replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil every 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first. Therefore, while you have the distributor open, I would replace the ICM, coil, rotor, and distributor cap. Here's how to do the work yourself:

Ensure you carefully and thoroughly tested all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Otherwise, you can waste a lot of time and money running down the wrong rabbit trails. Here's how:

If the problem persists, the distributor housing is likely bad.
