Have you been seeing a doctor? Do you know of a medical reason you aren't having regular periods?

Your symptoms could be pointing toward an upcoming period or pregnancy. I would suggest calling your doctor if the symptoms don't resolve themselves in a few days. Even if you don't menstrate regularly, you could still ovulate at any time, so pregnancy is possible if you've had an active sex life.

Your terrible diet, as mentioned in your other thread, is completely throwing your body out of whack.
