I have a Sterling toilet and it is acting up. When I flush it, it fills up almost to the top of the toilet bowl. It takes about 3 mins. for the water to drain and when the water drains, it is almost drained out completely. I have turned off the toilet. Anyone know what is going on? I need to get this fixed. I have used a plunger and it has not helped at all.

Instead of a plunger try using a toilet auger to get past the toilet trap. This should clear the drain. Come back and tell us how it went, we have other options if this did not work.
