I have a whirlpool dryer that has been tripping the breaker for two days now... I thought it was the breaker, haven't had a chance to replace it yet. But today, the breaker is not tripped and the dryer won't even come on...

Things thst call the breaker to trip on dryer,1) faulty breaker 2) shorted out heating element 3) bad motor. If you are sure the breaker is on and you have power to the outlet, Check the element, thermal fusr and door switch
