My husband was married before he met me. He was divorced when I met him and got married last year. He has 2 children who I adore dearly I'm so lucky as we all get on so well as they are still quite young. There is only one problem my hubby has once admitted he didn't think his youngest was his. But as you can imagine it's a sore subject he has decided he doesn't want to know and as I once said even if she wasn't he is still her daddy and I could never imagine my life without her let alone my husband and his family. Its just that my husband is very dark he is white but almost look italian as does his x wife. T hey both have brown eyes and brown hair. The eldest child is dark also with brown eyes and dark features. B ut the younger one has light blue eyes they are wonderful to look at but has blonde hair and very pale skin. Maybe she is his but too many people comment on this. I s there some truth in the myth of eye colour? Please help x:confused:

Blue eyes are recessive.

Two blue eyed people can not have a brown eyed child.

Two brown eyed people could easily have a blue eyed child.

The only way he will ever know for SURE is to get a DNA test.

But... I'm blonde with brown eyes, my sister is blue-eyed with brown hair, and my brother is blue-eyed with red hair. My parents are both brown-eyed and brown-haired. I look like my great grandmother, my sister like my grandmother, and my brother like my uncle.
