Hey All...
Just in case anyone was wondering. I did happen to go to the Dr. to have that sore spot on my head check.
I am feeling much better since I'm on pain meds. However, it was due to something called a Numular Tension headache. This kind of headache sits itself in one spot and inflames the muscle in that spot and causes the inflamed muscle to rest on a nerve. They can last up to 3 weeks and sometimes depending of the case can cause the muscle in the neck to get stiff. However, they are not serious and need to have a muscle relaxer pain killer given. Now when everyone happens to have what I had, you will probably know what it is! :)
Also, people who suffer from chronic migraine, stress, and anxiety are more prone to them.
