:confused: I want to know about Protein Shakes. Which one does it help to tone the muscle and recover ,and burn fat? I don't want to gain weight as long is mass.

Protein shakes are great if you are extremely active, or lift weights, otherwise the normal healthy diets contains the protein you need normally. If you eat more protein than your body needs/uses it will be stored as fat. Protein shakes can add as much as 200-300 grmas of protein which is approximately 800-1,200 calories a day, so like I said, if your not working out all these calories will be stored as fat. To see how much protein you need multiply . 36by your weight, i.e - (180 lbs 65 grams of protein). So a protein is not going to help you burn fat or tone muscles unless you have a very vigorous workout routine.
