I would like to apply a lien on vehicle property in Arizona. Not actually a vehicle although considered one in Arizona. Is registered as a vehicle every year.
A Park model, what is the process to achieve this. Someone there owes me a lot of money. I am from California

What you are referring to is a mobile home park model. Would suggest you contact the DMV in Arizona to see what the procedure is and if you can do this by mail or it has to be done in person.

Before you can put a lien on anything, you are going to have to take that person to court, and win your case.

If you can prove they owe you the money in court, then you can look into the many ways to try to collect the judgment if you receive it.

Check your area, see what the limits are for small claims suit so you wouldn't need an attorney. If your claim falls under the limit, file the small claim suit.

If the amount is over the limit for small claims, you need to consult with an attorney. Most will give you the initial consultation at no cost.

Good Luck.

Yes, you will have to win a judgement against them before you can do anything, so first stop is court
