I am a week late for my period and I've taken a home test that resulted in a negative. I have had bad cramps lately and I had a single spot of blood that looked almost watery. It has been 4 weeks since my husband and I were last intimate and we have been trying to get pregnant. He works with the military and left 4 weeks ago. I've read about implementation bleeding but would that occur this late after we have been together? Is it still too early to tell? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
