We have a weedeater Featherlite plus that will start fine but the head, string holder, does not spin. We have taken it apart, cleaned it out and put it back together and when it starts it still does not spin. Is there a replacement part for this or are we just out of luck?

Sounds like either the drive shaft is missing or broken or else the clutch is not engaging.
