Lol!
I did that assignment for my level 2 too.
I will give you a few example on how to write them and then from that you will get an idea of how to do it.
One length cut: 1) Section the hair off into a "hot cross bun". 2) Take the first section straight across the back in the nape area. 3) Then club cut the hair to the desired length, this is now your GUIDELINE. 4) Then take your down your next section of hair and cut to the guideline. Etc...
Uniform layering: 1) Take your first section from the crown of the head. 2) Lift the hair to an angle of 90degrees and cut to the desired length. This is now your guideline 3) Work your way down using vertical sections pulling the hair out at 90degrees and cut to the guideline. Etc...
Hope that helps you.
If you need any more info just let me know.

Well done hun! :)
Wella - Haircut Techniques (http://www.wella-training-online.com/tronl_en_05/haircut_intro03/basic_haircut/index.jsp)
Wella have a training online thing.
They use different words on there from what is says in the assessment files. But just remember that short graduation is 45degrees from the nape and long graduation is when the hair is cut at a degree of 180 from the crown, their other names are increased layering and long layers. If that makes sense. Lol.
