I had a child with someone whom I was not married to. I am married, however, and she stayed with me through all of the hard times. We are active in our church and received marriage counseling. What I am asking for now is ,the child I am paying support on lives a long distance from me and my family. I have tried e-mailing the childs' mother to see when she will be in our area, her parents live in our area as well. I know she receives those e-mails because she responded to one just recently. The childs' bio mother has been in our area before without letting me know, so I didn't get to see my daughter, and on the 25th of May she did the same thing. Luckily we "accidentally" ran into her, it was an obvious surprise to both of us. I am asking for some kind of knowledgeable advice that I can use because in Nebraska the laws are tough on men, most judges favor the mother. I feel that her bio mom is a good parent, but is mad at me and so she is using the child against me, which only punishes the child. I may have to take her back to court, but want to avoid it if at all possible. Free legal advice would be great!

Thank You

You have the right to have set weekends or even times to hve the child.
You have to have the set times ordered by court.
