I think I have been struggling with an eating disorder for about a 2 years now.
At first I would limit myself to a cereal and milk breakfast, carrots and yogurt with a granola bar for lunch, and whatever the home cooking was for dinner.

Then I took it up to no breakfast, a chick fil a meal for lunch, and whatever for dinner.

Thenn it was no breakfast, no lunch, a snack when I got home, and dinner.

The he heeeennnn ( 2 years remember lol) it was wake up, brush them teeth and wash that face, stick in a piece of gum, no breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Yeah. Another thennnn it was no eating at all till snack, which I would binge then eat dinner and throw it all up right afterwords.

I dropped down to 105 at my lowest and lost my period for a while. Then I started incorperating some more food and have been getting it regularly. I jumped up to 115 because of a doctors concern then dropped down to 108

I was once 125 and am now 108. I do not look skeletal but I am definitley labeled as skinny. I'm 5'5". I just don't know what to do. I kind of like my body the way it is. I have been holding steady at the 110 108 range for a year and have been active in sports and social stuff. I just don't know what I should do. I know its unhealthy but I don't know how I should approach this. I can't just stop I need a step by step approach. I can do it for sure, I'm very strong, I just need baby steps to get it back on track. Any suggestions?

You can go to a Registered Dietician for relatively little money. She will show you how to eat three balanced meals a day and how many calories are needed to maintain your current weight. This kind of eating will improve your health and ease your mind... you will *always know* what to eat to remain slim.

I think that you started recovery by accepting that you have an eating disorder. That is the first step and you did it on your own. Thank you for being so detailed that helps me give you some information. You are on the road to recovery from this horrible disease. I'm not going to give you too much information because it could be overwhelming. It was good that you went to a doctor already because this is a disease. The bad thing was that after the doctors visit you went back... don't despair this happens. This is my first baby step for you stop the gum this is the worse and start by eating a good breakfast every day. I'm curious, how did you come up with this eating program to loose weight? Again you are doing great by accepting your eating disorder. We will talk more later for now stop the gum and start with breakfast. God Blessings
