My H1 visa is expired but have valid I94 till sep 09 , can I visit my parents under this situation will thre be any problem?. Thanks

You can stay in US as long as I-94 is valid but of you leave, you will not allowed to enter US on expired H-1B.
Is your new H-1B being processed? You should wait until new H-1B is approved.

Sorry I put my question with wrong information, actaully I need to ask... my h1 is valid from (2005-2011) my stamp on passoprt is expried in April 08(am now under 2nd Extension stage)... so in this case can I call my parents here in USA on visiting visa... thanks
