Im addicted to smoking, I want to quit. Im addicted to helping everyone out and myself last, I never have the time to sit back and think about myself. Or spending money on others when I got to think of me because I am on a pension and I have a car. I'm looking for a job and its so hard while I am deaf. Can anyone give me ideas of how I can get a job quicker while waiting for another?

This is a group of questions. I smoked for 9 years, and the way I quit was just replacing my bad habit with a new healthy one. So I starting crocheting.
Try searching the job section of craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums (http://www.craigslist.com) for jobs.

Smoking is hard to stop, hypnosis has helped some, as well as the smoking patch and for others writing down each smoke, and starting to track it.
As for the money, budget, set up a budget and live by it, pay all bills first, so much into savings, so much to a charity, and if you have to give alitle to some, budget it and do and spend nothing but your budget
There are many jobs out there, I will be honest being deaf can hurt chances at many. What types of jobs have you done, what are your interests and hobbies

If you are deaf, working for the postal service sorting mail is an excellent good paying job. All you have to do is take an exam which is simple. Then, you go on an eligibility list-high scores first called.
You cold detail cars while you wait.
Good luck!

Oh, you live in Australia... my answer was for an American, primarily, because I know what's going on here!
It would be good if you could get a government job... how's the mail service in Australia?
Best wishes,

Pumpkin Here is a thread about smoking... not sure if saome of the products used/listed could be gotten where you live, but there are some good ideas on here. The way I stopped is on page five post #43.https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/lounge/prescriptions-stop-smoking-185349-5.html?highlight=nicotine+patches
