Hello I have a 92 Honda prelude with an H22a (jdm) swap and I am have some problems with this car. First off I have replaced the TPS, Knock sensor, Fuel pressure regulator, and my MAP sensor I have done a tune up to correct the problem. The car is hard to start when it is cold and really hard to start when it is hot, also when it is cold (open loop) I can go full throttle till 4000 rpm then it will start to bog down after that it will be fine, after it warms up (closed loop) it will hesitate if I go even just 25% throttle, I have taken it to a mechanic and they told me that it wasn’t getting any spark advance. This leads me to believe that it is the distributor but I have no clue how to test for that. I have checked for continuity and all of it checks out. Does any one have any ideas?
