Yup, they can. Felons can marry anybody they damn well please, and they can do it in any state they choose, too. Course, if one of 'em is on parole or probation, that changes everything.

But, you didn't say it, and I know you would have ifin it was so, wouldn'tcha?

Well not while they are still both serving time. If one or both are on parole with a no contact rule with another ex con, then first they would have had permission to date them in the first place, but they may need to get it cleared with their PO

Yes, two convicted felons can marry as long as they are no longer on probation or parole.
