I would like to know if there is or ever was something called "Dutch Viktory Medal" or similar wording.

Likewise "British Viktory Medal".

Do they or have the ever existed and if so how do they look.

Dear Trym,
The Dutch issued no Victory Medal/Ribbon for World War II but they did issue the War Commemorative Cross, 1940-1945 but the British did issue a Victory Medal/Ribbon for World War II as well as a War Medal, 1939-1945. You can view these medals by typing in the title of each medal in your search engine and they will come up. Please rate my response and May God Bless-Major Robert A. Lynn, USMCR :)

Hello,

I am currently doing some research into 4 VC winners. One of which is Rawdon Hume Middleton. Middleton was an Australian who served for the RAF during WW2. I am trying to find a complete listing of the medals that he was entitled to wear including service medals. This is proving difficult because he has both Australian and British awards, at least that is my understanding.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Echo
