Thanks for all your help.

Anyway that I can check where husband is in the process of his filing of I-751 ? How long does it usually take ?

How long is his work permit good for ?

Is sending a letter to Immigration (several offices) stating I wanted to withdraw I-130 and I-864 sufficient and official ? Will they respond to me ? I sent all correspondence certified mail.

What is INFO PASS and do I need to do anything with that ?

Thanks once again.

Info Pass is process of making an appointment to see immigration officer. I don't think you need to go there.

Work permit is valid for 12 months and renewal also requires current proof of status, which is now I believe he does not have. He will be ineligible to renew his work permit, driver's license. DMV will issue driver's license to anyone with legal status/visa less than 6 months.

You can submit withdrawal of I-864 & I-130 but you may not receive any feedback from USCIS. I suggest do not express anger in your statement because if he claims your being abusive, your statement will support his allegation. I understand that you are angry.. but the best thing to do is withdraw I-864 & I-130, and then let go.
